Our company, which has tackled odor control measures for various factories, will introduce some case studies. 【Odor Control Measures for Air Conditioning Return in a Filter Factory】 ■Background When planning a new factory, we received a request to remove indoor-generated odors with deodorization equipment to reduce air conditioning costs and return the air. We considered measures using the ODS deodorization system. We conducted a demo test at a different factory in advance and confirmed that we could reduce odors to a non-odor level, after which we proceeded with the actual equipment design. The ODS deodorization system adsorbs odors and introduces ozone gas into the device, causing a catalytic reaction that decomposes the adsorbed odors.
